Repair Policy
This policy governs the repair services provided by Accordionshop.ca for accordions. By utilizing our repair services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
- Initial Assessment and Estimate: Accordions submitted for repair will undergo a thorough inspection, and customers will be provided with a repair estimate. Prior to commencing repairs, customers will be contacted via phone or email to discuss the estimate, unless explicit authorization has already been given. Repairs covered by warranty will not incur any charges.
- Repair Timeline: Unless otherwise specified, accordion repairs will be completed within 10 days of receipt. The average repair time is typically 3-7 days, or sooner for minor repairs.
- Notification of Completion: Customers will be promptly notified when repairs are finished and ready for pickup or shipment. Accordions that have been repaired or were not authorized for repair must be collected within 30 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in a storage fee of $30 per month.
- Payment for Repairs and Storage: All repair costs, including any applicable storage fees, must be paid in full before the accordion can be released from our store.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs to and from our store for repair services. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.
- Communication and Inquiry: For any repair inquiries, customers should contact us via phone or email. It is essential to notify us before shipping any accordion for service or warranty work.
